The RAM activated carbon filter series is a range of professional filters designed specifically for the grower. They are easy to use and offer good value for money. The filter contains a new Australian RC412 carbon, widely regarded as one of the best carbons for air filtration. It has a very low ash content (less than 13%) and is an untreated, granulated product that can be highly compacted. In this way, it does not leave any air spaces from which organic compounds (odors) can escape. The RAM Pro activated carbon filters have a carbon pore size of 0.02 microns, which allows volatile organic odors to be absorbed far better. When filling, in-line drying and dehumidification ensures the carbon is in peak condition before the filter is compacted.
