Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards ( VISA , Mastercard , AMEX ) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.


Collection of products from us is generally not possible. Should this be necessary in individual cases due to the specific nature of the order, or similar, collection from us requires a separate, express agreement. Please contact us using the contact details listed in the imprint.


We reserve the right to ship an order containing multiple items to you in multiple shipments to avoid delays and, in the case of deliveries from different warehouses, unnecessary shipping processes.


The delivery times we provide depend on a variety of factors and are only a non-binding estimate, although we will of course always endeavor to deliver to you as quickly as possible.


If the delivery address is outside the Federal Republic of Germany, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, import or export taxes, and customs duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities. For further details on fees, please contact your local customs office.


Regarding transport damage:


The following applies to consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.


For entrepreneurs: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration shall pass to you as soon as we have handed over the item to the freight forwarder, carrier or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered on an SSL-secure website. Your data is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
