CANNA Aqua Clay Pebbles are high-quality, pre-cleaned clay pebbles for use in hydroponic systems, NFT setups, ebb-flow tables, or as a drainage layer in substrate mixes. They provide an airy, pH-neutral base with optimal water retention capacity—ideal for professional growers who desire maximum control over air and water exchange.

Product details & effect

• Material: fired expanded clay (approx. 8–16 mm grain size)

• Shape: round, porous spheres with a structured surface

• pH value: neutral – no influence on nutrient solution

• EC value: low – pre-rinsed to reduce deposits

• Reusable: can be used several times after cleaning

• Volume available: e.g. 45 L bag (subject to availability)

Areas of application:
– Hydro systems: ebb and flow, NFT, drip, aeroponics

Application & Notes

• Rinse with water before use (even if pre-cleaned)

• Backwash regularly when used hydroponically

• After the grow: clean thoroughly, sterilize if necessary

• Not suitable for purely organic cultivation without rinsing option
